Thank you for visiting and shopping at P1 Slot Cars. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Return Policies.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Typically $4.95 in U.S. for small items and $6.95 for larger items like ready to run cars.
Free shipping on any order over $100.
For customers in the U.S.: USPS First Class typically 4-6 days to deliver. USPS Priority Mail typically 1-3 days to deliver. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are not within our control.
For customers in Canada: USPS First Class Package International typically 10-15 days.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
P1 Slot Cars ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
P1 Slot Cars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
P1 Slot Cars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will assist in any way we can with the claim process.
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada.
Please contact us first to see if we can resolve any issues before sending the item back for a refund. Also, please contact us immediately if you received an item that was damaged in shipping.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method’s policies.
Please contact us for a return shipping label, and we will pay for the shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
